If you’ve been skipping social media and the news recently, then you’re probably unaware that Delia’s made its way up HWY 281 into San Antonio! That’s right, our seventh location is now open and operating up north! It’s a move we’re extremely excited about and one that’s proven to be popular. We’ve put together some information to answer a few of the questions we get asked a lot in San Antonio. Check it out below!
Do You Offer Meatless Tamales?
Tamales have always been about bringing people together, and at Delia’s, we’re all about inclusion! If you’re practicing a meatless diet, then you’ll be happy to know that we have what you need. At our San Antonio location, you’ll find delicious meatless options like:
- Bean
- Bean and cheese
- Bean and jalapeno
- Cream cheese and jalapeño
- Sweet cream cheese
Where Do You Ship?
We’ve worked tirelessly to get our tamales as far and wide in the country as possible. Luckily for you, the hard work paid off! We ship our delectable tamales anywhere in Texas and the U.S.! Simply place an order of $15 or more, select your shipping address, and sit tight while your tamales arrive.
Are You Open on Sundays?
The craving for tamales has no set schedule, which is why our San Antonio location is open daily! On Sundays, you’ll find us open from 7:00 AM to. 6:00 PM and ready to provide our tamales, aguas frescas, and even menudo, just in case you need a pick-me-up!
How do I Reheat My Tamales?
The great thing about tamales is that you can save some for later! To reheat yours, a microwave will work just fine. However, if you want to enjoy your tamales with a more popular reheating method, you’ll have to do it on a comal, or griddle. Just turn on your stovetop, place your comal, and set your tamales on it with the corn husk still on. Flip them regularly, and once the husk starts to char, they’re ready to eat!
