Terms and Conditions
All orders are cooked, frozen, and then shipped. Frozen gel packs are used to keep the food cold during transport. Upon receiving your order, immediately freeze to prevent spoilage.
We ship Monday – Thursday, orders placed after 1 pm CST will be shipped the following shipping day. FedEx 2day shipments are sent Monday – Wednesday. Any order placed on Thursday for a Saturday delivery will incur additional costs. All Saturday deliveries will need to be approved first prior to being sent out, by calling the office to make arrangements.
Salsa is NOT included for Online orders. Online orders are sold by the dozen.
We will try our best to deliver your order on your chosen estimated delivery date. Delia’s reserves the right to change your estimated delivery date as necessary for any required reason.
Your package will be left on your doorstep by FedEx and no one is required to be present to sign for the order. If your order is intended to be a gift, please inform the recipient to expect a perishable package. We are not responsible for orders spoiling due to being left unattended after it has been delivered.
To guarantee timely delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Be sure to include an apartment number, suite number, company name, etc. We also request the telephone number of the person making the order to contact him/her should an issue arise with their package.
If an order has been shipped to an incorrect address, please notify us or FedEx immediately to attempt to intercept the package and send it to the correct address. If the customer is responsible for the incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered timely, the customer will incur charges for a new box to be reshipped.

We cannot deliver to any P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., F.P.O., or overseas locations.
