Absolutely, make sure you get your order in before the holidays. We tend to close off orders days before the holidays, so ensure you get your order in time for festivities. 

Why is the Wait on the Phone so Long?

We are by our phones at all times, but with family gathering holidays approach, wait times will vary. We value your patience and understanding. Prevent the wait by pre-ordering online and having tamales delivered today.

How Far Can Y’all Ship?

We ship tamales delivered nationwide! That’s right, even if you’re no longer in the Rio Grande Valley or San Antonio, Texas, you can still order delicious tamales. Get the nostalgic ‘just-like-grandma made them’ feel without leaving your doorstep. 

How Long Can Your Tamales Stay in the Freezer?

When’s the Latest to Place an Order Before the Holidays?

Unfortunately, we can not give a definitive date when we intend to close off orders, so it’s imperative to place an order while you still can to safeguard your place as party host favorite. 

Can We Order Other Items of the Menu for Shipping Other than Tamales?

At this time, the only items off our menu available for shipping are our tamales. Every tamale including the Veracruzano is available for shipping. Hopefully we can add more items in the future.

Which is Faster, Ordering in-store or Over the Phone?

With higher volumes than usual with the holiday season, we strongly suggest you come in person to order if possible. We are trying to keep up with the influx of calls for various questions, concerns, and orders; it’s best to come in person if you can.

You can reach us in-store, online, over the phone. We are happy to take on any order or question you may have, we will get back to you during our open hours of Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday from 7am-6pm.
