Our History
With only $20, our founder, Delia, started making and selling tamales to provide for her family. Every morning she would make tamales, and walk door-to-door selling her delicious tamales. In time, she developed a customer base that advised her to make a store out of it. From humble beginnings to the massive tamale chain we have become, we have never lost our integrity, commitment to the community we serve, and the amount of love and attention we put into all our tamales.
