Tamales are a Mexican tradition and have been around since ancient times. These tamales are made with fresh corn masa, a spice blend, and your choice of ingredients. They’re hand-folded and steamed for an authentic taste.
Do You Offer Vegetarian Options?
Please choose from our delicious selection of tamales with your choice of toppings, sauces, and salsas. We offer vegetarian options with our tamales. Call to specialty order vegan options too.
How Long do Tamales Last?
You can enjoy up to a week if kept in the fridge, and if kept frozen, you can enjoy our delicious tamales for up to 6 months.
Do You Have Anything Else Other than Tamales?
Only available at one of our seven locations, we offer menudo, various aguas frescas, salad, verde, and rojo salsas.
How Can I Reheat My Tamales?
There are numerous ways to reheat your tamales. You can steam, fry, or reheat them using a comal, microwave, or popping them in the oven. The best way to keep tamales deliciously juicy is by heating them in your kitchen oven:
- Preheating your oven to 350 °F
- Avoid drying them out
- Wrapping your tamales in foil
- Put in the oven once at temperature for 15 minutes. If frozen, add another 10 to 15 minutes.
- Take it out and let it cool, then enjoy!
Do You Offer Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery, but we do offer nationwide shipping. Whether you live in the Rio Grande Valley or Alaska, you can have our homemade tamales shipped to your front doorstep.
